When you submit the contact form, Lucaya AB processes the details you provide — your name, organisation, work email, selected area of interest, and message — to assess and respond to your inquiry.
We keep the inquiry in a private access-restricted system and relay it by email to our designated contact recipient. We do not use contact-form information for advertising analytics or sell it. We retain contact inquiries for up to 365 days, after which they are deleted unless a specific lawful obligation requires otherwise.
Please keep your initial message general; confidential, market-sensitive, or sensitive personal information should be shared only through an agreed secure channel.
